How to Use the Thaluna Diagnostic Build

The Diagnostic build is the fastest way to tell whether Thaluna is still loading, failed during initialization, or hit an OCR or GPU runtime problem.

When to use it

Use the Diagnostic build for startup crashes, OCR failures, GPU initialization problems, or any issue where the normal build gives too little information.

What it does

The Diagnostic build opens a console window and prints the startup and OCR pipeline output directly to the screen.

How to copy output

When the issue happens, click the console window, press Ctrl + A, then press Enter. Paste the full output into your forum post.

What to include in bug reports

Attach the full console output, your CPU, GPU, Windows version, and a short explanation of what you were doing when the issue happened.

Mandatory for crash reports

For crashes or OCR failures, use the Diagnostic build before posting. Bug reports without console output may be closed because they are too ambiguous to reproduce.
